What is your return and warranty policy? We stand behind the clinical quality of our devices. We provide a 15-day no-reason return and exchange policy, as well as a full 1-year warranty on the hardware. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

How do I properly turn on and use the device? To power the device on or off, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. Please note that for safety reasons, you should never use the massager while it is actively charging.

Why am I not feeling the EMS microcurrent? To properly activate the EMS microcurrent technology, you must keep your fingers in touch with the sensor on the device to form a complete circuit. When used correctly, it is completely normal to feel a weak, mild electric current on the skin.

What skincare products should I use with the Deep Clean mode? For maximum efficacy, use the Deep Clean mode strictly with makeup remover or cleansing lotions. Do not use this device with standard facial cleansers or cleansing oils.

How often should I use the 7-in-1 Face Massager? The Clean and Detox mode is gentle enough to be used every day. For the advanced lifting and phototherapy modes, we recommend using the device 2-3 times a week. If you have sensitive skin, start with just once a week. Each mode is timed for an optimal 4-minute session and will automatically shut off when finished.

How long does it take to charge? The massager is built with a 750mAh rechargeable battery. It requires approximately 3 hours to reach a full charge using the included USB charging cord.
