15-DAY RETURN & 1-YEAR WARRANTY POLICY

The Eco Majesty Standard: We enforce a strict professional quality inspection process and make our products with care. We proudly stand behind the clinical efficacy and safety of our hardware. It is our aim to do a good job of products and service to good users.

15-Day No-Reason Returns: We provide a 15-day no-reason return and exchange policy. To be eligible for a full refund within this 15-day window, your device must be in the exact same condition that you received it. It must include all original packaging and accessories. Missing components—including the 1x 7-in-1 Face Massager, 1x User Manual, 1x USB Charging Cord, 1x Charging Base, or 1x Secure Ring—will void the return eligibility.

1-Year Hardware Warranty: We provide a full 1-year warranty on our devices. If your hardware experiences a manufacturer defect or electrical failure within the first year of use, we will replace the unit. Please note that this warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, or misuse of the device outside of the clinical guidelines provided in the user manual.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return or warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
